Jennifer Pearson joined Clearview Advisory in 2008. She specializes in developing and managing retirement plan solutions for employers to maximize outcomes for their employees. Her solutions center around plan design, fees and services benchmarking, fee policy design, investment management, selection and monitoring, fiduciary and regulatory compliance, investment policy design, and financial education. Prior to joining Clearview Advisory, Jennifer held many client-facing roles at Voya (ING), Guardian, and OneAmerica (AUL). This contributes to her deep knowledge of vendor processes.
Jennifer has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from The American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designation awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, and the Certified Behavioral Finance Analyst® (CBFA®) certification from the Allianz Global Investors Center for Behavioral Finance. In 2015, she was named one of NAPA’s Top Women Advisors.
